What does Plan progress show?
Short answerOn the AI Plan, Plan progress shows your tasks as done, in progress, to do and set aside in one ring, the share done of the tasks you did not set aside, how many were done in the last 30 days, and the progress of each area: website, search, local and authority.
Where to find it
Open Plan & changes → AI Plan. Plan progress sits under the plan's header once the plan has tasks.
The groups
- Done: tasks completed.
- In progress: tasks on your plan, scheduled, being applied or being checked.
- To do: tasks proposed, and those that did not work or were rolled back, which need another look.
- Set aside: tasks you dismissed. They do not count against the share done; restore one under Dismissed.
The ring shows the four groups with the share done in the middle; below it, how many tasks were done in the last 30 days (staff can choose another number of days).
Per area
One bar per area of the plan (website, search, local, authority) with its own share done, for the areas that have tasks.
Plan progress counts the plan's own tasks only, so it is the same for every website platform.
