Step 1 of 6
Connect your site
Add your website and, if you like, a competitor. Scanning needs nothing installed. To publish fixes and count visitors, install the SEOmise connector: the WordPress plugin, the Laravel package, or the universal PHP connector for visit counts only.
- A project with your site and competitors
- Pairing with the connector, with scopes the owner can untick
- Optional: Google Search Console, GA4 and Business Profile sign-in

Step 2 of 6
Scan
SEOmiseBot crawls the site the way a search engine does, respecting robots.txt and your plan's page budget. You watch the site map build live. The first complete scan becomes your Day 0 baseline and is kept for the life of the project.
- A graded audit with issues grouped by impact
- The live site map, sections and the site graph
- Competitor scans with the same rules

Step 3 of 6
Get your AI plan
Findings from every module become tasks: crawl issues, internal-link gaps, keyword opportunities, PageSpeed regressions, competitor changes, backlink and local findings. Each is ranked by impact, confidence, business value, urgency and effort.
- A prioritised plan refreshed every day, without duplicates
- Evidence and expected outcome on every task
- AI explanations — numbers not in the data are dropped
approval
Step 4 of 6
Approve
Executable tasks become change sets with a before-and-after preview read from your live site. Someone with the right role approves them. Bulk, destructive or page-creating changes are high risk and need an owner or admin.
- A preview of every change before it goes live
- Approval limits by role; spend approval is separate
- Dismiss anything you disagree with — it will not come back

Step 5 of 6
Publish
Approved changes are sent to your site as signed commands through the connector. Each command is applied at most once. SEOmise then checks the connector's read-back and the public page; a change that does not verify is rolled back automatically.
- Titles, descriptions, canonicals, robots, structured data, links, text and pages
- WordPress writes into Yoast SEO, Rank Math or SEOPress fields when active
- Manual rollback at any time from the stored snapshot

Step 6 of 6
Track
Every later scan is compared with Day 0 and with the previous one. Growth is shown with your changes annotated, next to rankings, Google data and visitor statistics — and client reports go out on a schedule.
- Growth from Day 0 to today with annotated changes
- The SEOmise score by category
- Weekly or monthly PDF reports by e-mail
