Support
Answers, tickets and a person to talk to, inside your workspace
A Support page in every workspace: help articles for the screen you are on, how to reach us, tickets with attachments and the priority your plan includes, and a ticket from any screen.
Illustration of the screen, without data.
Why it matters
From the problem to what SEOmise does
Help that loses the context
Writing to a support address means explaining again which project, which screen and what you clicked. Replies get lost in the inbox, and nobody in the team knows what was already asked.
Answers, tickets and a person to talk to, inside your workspace
- Answers for this screen. Help articles picked for the page you are on, and a search across the help centre.
- How to reach us. The contact e-mail and phone, our hours and whether you can reply by e-mail, as our team has set them.
- Tickets with context. Category, priority, project, message and files, with where it was raised kept on the ticket.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish
- Find an answer firstThe help centre's articles for the screen you are on, and a search; an article opens beside the screen with "Create ticket" under it.
- Open a ticket from anywhereThe ticket form opens from the right, already knowing where you raised it: the screen, the project and the item.
- Add what helpsScreenshots and files, or a picture of the page you are on, and the priority your plan includes.
- Follow the answerReply in the app or by e-mail, close or reopen the ticket, and rate the help once it is solved.
Features
What you get with Support
Answers for this screen
Help articles picked for the page you are on, and a search across the help centre.
How to reach us
The contact e-mail and phone, our hours and whether you can reply by e-mail, as our team has set them.
Tickets with context
Category, priority, project, message and files, with where it was raised kept on the ticket.
Priority your plan includes
Low and normal for everyone; paying plans can raise a ticket higher, within a monthly number. A higher priority than allowed is refused, never quietly lowered.
Every ticket in one grid
Status, priority and last reply, with select-all, close in bulk and export to CSV. Owners and admins see the whole workspace's tickets.
A sign-in link in replies
A reply can carry a link that opens your ticket in one step on a browser you used before; elsewhere it opens the sign-in page first.
Bug reports
Where our team has switched it on, "Report a problem" sends a bug report with a picture of the page.
Talk to a person
Where live chat is switched on, AskMise can hand you to our team; if nobody is free, your conversation becomes a ticket.
Before and after
What changes with Support
Before: e-mailing support. After: with the Support page. Drag the handle, or use the arrow keys, to compare.
E-mailing support
- Explaining the screen and the project again
- Replies lost in the inbox
- No record for the rest of the team
With the Support page
- Tickets that know where they were raised
- Every reply in one thread, in the app or by e-mail
- The whole workspace's tickets in one grid
Illustration of the difference, not a measured result.
What it needs

A seat in a workspace
A seat in a workspace
Everyone in the workspace can open tickets; owners and admins see them all.

Questions
Support: common questions
Who sees my tickets?
You, our support team, and the owners and admins of your workspace. Another workspace never sees them.
Can staff answer for me while viewing my workspace?
No. Staff who view a workspace as the customer can read its tickets but cannot open, answer, close or rate them.
What files can I attach?
Screenshots and common document types, within the size and number shown on the form. Files are checked again on the server, pictures are cleaned of their hidden data, and everything is stored privately.
Is the sign-in link in a reply safe?
It works once, for a limited time, only for the person who opened the ticket, and does nothing until you press "Open my ticket". Two-step sign-in is still asked unless the browser is one you told SEOmise to remember.
Which plans include Support?
Plans and add-ons are on the pricing page. If Support is not listed there yet, ask us how to get it.
