For companies and teams
Many sites and people. One way of working.
When marketing, content and IT all touch the website, SEO needs rules. SEOmise gives every site its own project, every person a role, and every change, spend and Google edit an approval and a record.
- Too many hands on the siteEach person gets a role that fits: SEO manager, approver, content editor, analyst or viewer.
- Changes nobody signed offSite changes, Business Profile edits and link spending wait for someone allowed to approve them.
- Security questions from ITTwo-step sign-in, workspace isolation, encrypted credentials, signed publishing and an audit log.

Example scenarios
How it could play out
Illustrative workflows, not customer stories: what SEOmise does with problems sites like yours often have.
-
Example scenario
A marketing team that needs sign-off
Legal must approve wording before anything changes on the site.
- Editors propose changes; nothing reaches the site
- An approver signs off each change from its preview
- The audit log records who approved what and when
-
Example scenario
A company with several country sites
Each country runs its own site and the team wants one view.
- Each site is a project with its own markets and competitors
- Rankings are tracked by country, city and device
- One plan per project, one workspace for all
-
Example scenario
An IT team reviewing access
IT asks who can change the website and how access is protected.
- Roles map to permissions; read-only users change nothing
- Changes arrive only as signed commands through the paired connector
- Two-step sign-in and active sessions for every account
What you need
No surprises after you sign up
Here is exactly what you need to connect to use everything on this page, and what works without connecting anything.
How SEOmise works- A plan with enough projects and team members for your sites and people
- A site connector on each site where you want SEOmise to publish (WordPress, Laravel or the PHP connector); other platforms get exact steps
- Google sign-in for Search Console and Analytics, per site
Questions
Common questions
Will SEOmise change my site without asking?
No. A proposed change shows a before-and-after preview and waits for someone with the right role to approve it. Bulk, destructive or page-creating changes count as high risk and need an owner or admin. Nothing is bought or published without approval.
Who can see my data?
Only people in your workspace, according to their role. Every record belongs to one workspace and every query is scoped to it; requests for another workspace's data answer "not found".
How are my Google and provider keys stored?
Encrypted at rest, never sent to your browser and never written to logs. Disconnecting Google stops sync and removes the local tokens.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody outside Google can. SEOmise shows the evidence, recommends work in order of likely impact, and measures what changed after each action.
Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?
Not at the moment. People sign in with their e-mail address and password, with two-step sign-in using an authenticator app.
Can we limit what each person can do?
Yes. Each person has a role, and roles are sets of permissions: a viewer or analyst can read but never change anything, and spend approval is a permission of its own.
Give every site and every person a clear way of working
Add your site and a competitor. Your first scan becomes your Day 0 baseline, and every later scan is measured against it.
Nothing is bought or published without your approval. No ranking guarantees.
