See what your changes did, and test a change on some pages first

  • What your changes did. Search Console clicks, impressions, click rate and position on the changed pages, tracked ranks and the SEO score, before and after.
  • A plain evidence label. One reading, before and after, compared with similar sites, or a controlled test. A single reading is never counted as a result.
  • What else happened. Ranking updates and other changes to the same pages in the same weeks are flagged, so a result is never over-read.

SEO tests and results: common questions

Does a better result prove the change worked?

Not on its own. Each result says how it was measured, and flags ranking updates or other changes in the same weeks. A controlled test, with similar pages kept as they are, is the strongest evidence SEOmise gives.

How long does a test run?

You choose, within the limits shown in the builder (two to eight weeks, four suggested).

How many tests can I run?

Your plan sets how many tests may be waiting or running at once.

Is my data shared with other sites?

No. "Compared with similar sites" uses only anonymous monthly figures pooled across many owners, never your Search Console or Analytics data, and you can leave pooled learning.

Can I use SEO tests and results now?

SEO tests and results is in beta: it is not on sale yet. Use Ask for early access and we will e-mail you as soon as it is ready for you. Other modules and the plans are on the pricing page.
