Where do I download the SEOmise plugin, extension or app?

Short answerOpen Apps & plugins in your workspace menu. It lists what SEOmise has for the platforms of your websites first (the WordPress plugin, the Laravel package or the PHP connector, and store apps for Shopify, Wix and Webflow), then the browser extensions, desktop apps and the phone app. Press Download for a link that works for a short while, or open the store page. Anything not ready yet shows Beta with "Ask for early access".

Open Apps & plugins

In the workspace menu choose Apps & plugins. At the top you see what fits the platforms of your websites; tick Show apps for other platforms too to see the rest.

Each card shows:

  • the version and, when it matters, the oldest version of the system it needs (for example "WordPress 6.0 or newer");
  • Download, with the file size, when SEOmise hands the file out itself;
  • a button for each store where it is listed (WordPress.org, the Shopify App Store, the Chrome Web Store, Google Play and so on);
  • What's new, the notes for that version.

Downloading

Press Download. SEOmise makes a link just for you that works for a short while (15 minutes unless we changed it) and the download starts. If it stops working, press Download again.

Next to every download is its SHA-256 checksum. To check a file is exactly the one SEOmise published, compare it with the checksum of your copy:

  • Mac or Linux: shasum -a 256 followed by the file name;
  • Windows (PowerShell): Get-FileHash followed by the file name.

Connectors for your website

The WordPress plugin, the Laravel package and the PHP connector are listed with your projects that use them. For a website, open the project's Site connector page from the link on the card: it gives you a copy already set up for that site and walks you through installing it.

The phone app

SEOmise works as an app on your phone without any store: open it in the phone's browser and press Install (Android, Chrome and Edge) or tap Share then Add to Home Screen (iPhone). Android and iPhone store apps are listed here when they are ready.

Beta and early access

An app that is not published yet shows Beta. Press Ask for early access and we e-mail you at your account's address when you can use it.
