What can I do in the partner console?

Short answerThe partner console at /partner is where a partner's people work: My regions (overview, customers, agencies, support tickets and leads, with a region switcher), Team, Roles, Branding, Pricing, Reports and Agreements. You see only your own regions or clients, and only what your partner role allows.

My regions

The overview shows customers, paying customers, new customers, agencies, open support tickets and leads of your regions. With several regions, the switcher at the top chooses one or All my regions. Customers, agencies, tickets and leads list only your regions' records; their projects and data stay theirs, and leads' contact details stay with SEOmise.

Agencies

Agencies in your regions, and invite links: an agency's owner opens the link while signed in and joins your region. A link works for a limited number of agencies and days, and is shown once.

Team and roles

Invite your people and give each a role. Roles are built from the partner permissions (customers, team, roles, support, leads, billing, branding, pricing, reports, agencies). Nobody can give a role with more than they hold themselves, and only SEOmise changes the owner. A region admin sees only the regions you choose for them.

Branding and pricing

Branding switches between the SEOmise brand with your company named and white label. Pricing sets local prices for each plan within the range shown; SEOmise applies them to your region's price list. The page shows what customers pay now: once applied, your prices are charged to new subscriptions and plan changes of customers whose billing country is in your region, on your region's pricing page, at sign-up and on their Billing page. Customers already paying keep their price until they change plan (SEOmise can choose to move them to a lower new price at their next renewal; never to a higher one). The range always follows the platform's price, not your earlier prices. Your revenue share is worked out from what customers actually paid.

Reports and agreements

Reports shows new customers per month, your balance (owed, waiting and paid, per currency) and, with the billing permission, the ledger. Agreements has the versions in force. When SEOmise publishes a new version, you are asked to accept it at your next sign-in; after the grace period (30 days by default) the console waits until it is accepted.

Affiliates and referrers

Affiliates and referrers see totals of the customers they brought (per month and source) and their balance, never the customers' personal details.

When SEOmise helps you

SEOmise staff can look at your console with you ("act as partner"). It is read-only by default and every look is recorded.
