What SEOPilot does

One button reads your site, scores it and prepares the fixes it can

Page titles and descriptions. Written by AI from each page's own text and the facts you confirmed, ten pages at a time, and checked before use. Without AI they come from the page itself.
Image descriptions. Alt text for photos that have none, so Google and screen readers know what they show. When a file name says nothing, it asks you for a few words.
Business details for Google. Structured data built only from facts SEOmise holds. It never makes up ratings or reviews.

How it works

Five steps, start to finish

It checks what is connectedYour site's platform, its connector, Google data, your Business Profile and your credits, each with what it means for the run. A missing piece only means that part works with less.
It reads your pagesIt scans your site, or uses a scan from the last day, takes screenshots of your main pages where your plan allows, and lists the first findings in plain words.
You confirm your businessIt works out your services and the areas you cover, each with where it found them. You correct the list and confirm: everything written later uses only these facts.
It scores your set-upA score out of 100 from four parts: site health, pages and content, AI search and local presence. A part it cannot measure shows as not measured, never as zero.
It prepares the improvementsGrouped, with what changes, why, the risk, how it would reach your site and its estimated gain. The biggest gain comes first.

Page titles and descriptions

Links where a page already mentions another page, so no new words are written, and links pointed straight past redirects.

An estimated gain for each group

Worked out with the audit's own formula, counting the fixed pages as fixed. It is an estimate of your set-up score, not a promise of rankings.

Credits shown before you start

The credits a run needs are set aside when it starts; what is not used goes back to your wallet at the end. You can also run it without AI.

Pause, resume or stop

It carries on in the background if you close the page, and a reload shows the same run where it was. Stopping it changes nothing on your site.

SEOPilot: common questions

Does SEOPilot change my website?

Not in this version. SEOPilot reads, scores and prepares, and nothing on your site changes. Approving the improvements and sending them to your website come next.

Do I need AI credits?

No. With AI, SEOPilot reads your main pages to work out your business and rewrites titles and descriptions. Without AI, it uses your pages' own text and you type your services and areas. The credit estimate is shown before you start.

What if it gets my business wrong?

It always stops at "Is this you?" and waits for you. Remove or add services and areas, then confirm. Services or areas that do not appear in what it read are left out.

How is the score worked out?

From four parts SEOmise already measures: site health and pages and content from the website audit, AI search from the SEO Ai check, and local presence from your Business Profile health score. A part that cannot be measured is left out and its weight is shared among the others.

Who can start it?

Owners, admins and SEO managers can start, pause and stop a run. Approvers can also confirm the business details. Everyone else with access to the project can watch.

Can it run while I am away?

Yes. It carries on in the background. The only step where it waits for you is "Is this you?".
