How does Local Growth work?

Short answerLocal Growth is the guided way to win more local work. Say what you do and where, see who is searching near you, pick your areas, then capture leads through four routes: local pages, your Google profile, a lead form and managed ads. It also runs a lead marketplace (matched enquiries you unlock with a credit) and first-party email to your own consented customers. It orchestrates tools you already have; it builds almost nothing new of its own.

Open Local Growth from a project's Modules menu. There are two ways to grow — build your own channels, or let SEOmise send you customers who are already asking.

Grow my own channels

  1. Say what you do and where. Type it in plain words, like "I do phone repairs in Meath". Mise reads it and confirms the service and area with one tap. (The first few reads a day are free; after that each costs a credit — an admin setting.)
  2. See the demand. Mise shows how many people search for what you do, the words they use and the questions they ask, reusing WonderWheel. Where a town has no reliable per-area number, Mise shows the country volume with a relative-interest bar and says so — it never invents numbers.
  3. Pick your areas. Your area and its neighbours, each with a relative-interest bar. Tick the ones to focus on (up to the limit an admin sets, 3 by default). Each becomes a local page, a profile area and a lead audience.
  4. Set up the capture routes. Four routes, each checked for what it needs first so nothing fails silently:
    • Local landing pages — a page per area from your real facts, published through your site connector (or exact manual steps for any platform).
    • Your Google Business Profile — categories, services and posts per area; a manual Performance-report import when there is no API yet.
    • A lead-capture form — the form your trade wants most (tap-to-call and WhatsApp for phone repair, a photo upload for painting), every enquiry in your Lead inbox.
    • A managed ads campaign — our team runs a local campaign for you. Straight answer: we do not place ads inside your own Google or Meta account yet; that is coming later.

Get leads from SEOmise (the marketplace)

People in your area ask for quotes on the public site SEOmise runs. Sign up as a provider (your categories and areas), and a new enquiry goes to the first few providers who want it. You see the job and area first, then spend a credit to unlock the customer's details and reply. The cost per category and the number of providers per enquiry are admin settings, and you can ask for a credit back for a bad or fake lead.

This is the only lawful way to share leads: each person asks, on our form, to be matched — the recipients and the cap are named up front, and it is double opt-in. We never sell a list of people captured on someone else's form.

Email your own customers

Upload your own customer list and confirm you have a lawful basis to email them. Each person re-confirms by email (double opt-in) before you can market to them, every send has a frequency cap and one-click unsubscribe, and your list is never reused for SEOmise's own marketing. Real sending stays switched off until an admin turns it on and the exact consent wording has a lawyer's sign-off.
