How do I report that something is down?

Short answerPress "Report an issue" or "Something is down" in the app's footer, answer four short questions and send it: it opens a support ticket for our platform team with the page, your browser and the time filled in. Signed out? Use "Report an issue" on the status page.

From the app

At the bottom of every screen, press Report an issue (or Something is down). The form asks:

  • What happened: site is down, a feature is broken, slow, wrong data, or something else;
  • Where: the parts listed on the status page, or "Not sure";
  • Since when: now, or the time it started (in your time);
  • Who is affected: only me, my team, or my clients;
  • What were you doing (optional), and a screenshot (optional: PNG, JPG or WebP).

It is sent from your account with the page you are on (its address without anything after "?" or "#"), a short description of your browser ("Chrome 130 on Windows") and the time. Nothing else from the page is sent.

You get the ticket number at once and follow it on your Support page and by e-mail. A site that is down or a problem your clients see is handled as urgent; a broken feature or one that affects your whole team as high.

Sending the same report again within an hour adds it to your first ticket instead of opening another. You can send up to 5 reports an hour by default.

From the status page (without signing in)

When you cannot sign in, open the status page (System status in the website's footer) and use Report an issue there. It also asks for your e-mail address, which we check and use only to answer you; a bot check may appear. A few reports a day are taken from one address.

What happens next

The report lands with our platform team in the support desk as a System incident ticket. When something is wrong for more people, our team posts an incident with updates on the status page.
