How do I set up white label?

What white label changes

With white label on, your team and your customers see your brand name instead of SEOmise. The app, reports, the lead widget, e-mails and your customers' portal use your name, logo and colours, and your own domain once you add one.

Switch it on

White label is sold under Store → Modules, and some plans include it. The Agency area in the workspace menu is open to owners and admins of workspaces with the Agency tools in their plan.

The set-up wizard

After buying, open Agency → Branding & domain. The wizard opens by itself until you have finished it once. You can open it again with Open the set-up wizard.

1. Your brand: brand name, logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 1 MB), an optional square icon for browser tabs, and your main and accent colours. A preview shows the app, an e-mail and a report cover.
2. Your business: business address, optional company and VAT numbers, support e-mail and support page. These show in e-mail footers, on reports and on the invoices you send your customers.
3. Sending e-mail: choose how your e-mail goes out.
   • We send it for you: from our address with your name; replies come to you. Nothing to set up.
   • Your mail server (SMTP): any provider, such as Microsoft 365, Zoho or your host.
   • Your Brevo account: with your Brevo API key.
   • Google (Gmail or Workspace): with an app password from your Google account. Send a test. Your own sending is used once a test has gone through. Until then, and if it ever fails, we send for you so nothing is lost.
4. Your domain (optional): open the app, reports and your customers' portal on an address of your own. See the article on using your own domain.
5. Done: a summary of what changed. You can change any of it later under Branding & domain.

Design studio

With white label on, Agency → Design studio lets you change the e-mails your people and customers receive, your e-mail layout and your report template. Each has a live preview, versions and a way back to the standard design.
