What should I send support so you can help quickly?

Short answerSay what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, with the project, the page address, the exact message you saw and a screenshot. For a connector problem add your platform, the connector version and the error shown under Site connector.

Updated 14 October 2026

Always

  • The project and the page address it is about. The new-ticket form has a Project field.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • The exact message you saw. Copy the text rather than retyping it.
  • A screenshot. You can attach up to 5 files: images, PDF, text, CSV or log files, up to 10 MB each.
  • When it happened, and whether it happens every time.

The quickest way is Help → Raise a ticket on the screen where it happened. The screen, your conversation with Mise and the last error you saw are attached for you.

For a connector problem

  • Your platform: WordPress, Laravel, another PHP site, or a hosted platform such as Shopify or Wix.
  • From the project's Site connector page: the connector version, the last contact, any error under the connection and the Updates line.
  • On WordPress: what the SEOmise menu shows (Connected, Not connected or Paused by SEOmise) and the Updates box on its Settings tab.
  • On Laravel: what php artisan seomise:checkin prints.
  • Any security plugin, firewall or page cache on the site.

For an API or webhook problem

  • For a webhook: the endpoint address and the delivery from Developer → Webhooks → Deliveries, with its status and response code.
  • For the API: the time of the request, the endpoint and the error code you got back.

Never send secrets

Do not put passwords, API keys or webhook signing secrets in a ticket. If our team needs access to a service for paid help, the Expert help request shows a safe way to give it.

Category and priority

Choose the category that fits best. Our team may change the priority after reading your request.
