Monthly owner digest: common questions

Does the owner need to sign in?

No. Everything is in the e-mail. The link is there for when they want to act on the next step.

What if nothing much happened?

The e-mail says it was a quieter month. It never invents wins, and figures it does not have are left out.

Why are rankings missing from my digest?

Ranking changes need a ranking history. When none is kept, the digest leaves rankings out and says so.

Can people unsubscribe?

Yes, with the link in every e-mail. An address that unsubscribed is never added back on its own. Adding it back by hand, where allowed, needs your confirmation that the person asked for it, and that is recorded with your name.

Can an agency send it to its clients?

Yes. Add the client's address to the list. The digest uses your workspace's e-mail design, including your white label where your plan has it.

Can I use Monthly owner digest now?
