Client goals

A target per client for a period, and whether each goal is on track, at risk or behind

Client goals with real targets: more clicks, leads or top-10 searches by a date, checked every day against the pace needed. When a goal slips, you hear about it first.

Why it matters

From the problem to what SEOmise does

The problem

Progress without a target is hard to judge

A client sees clicks go up and asks whether that is good. Without an agreed target nobody can say.

What Client goals does

A target per client for a period, and whether each goal is on track, at risk or behind

  • A fair pace. A total is expected to grow evenly over the period; a level to move evenly from where it started to the target.
  • Your thresholds. On track, at risk and "too early to tell" follow settings the platform can change.
  • In your reports. The Client goals report section shows each goal as it stood at the end of the report's period.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish

  1. Set a goalPick the figure, the target and the period: clicks, visits, leads, Business Profile actions, top-10 searches, average position, health or referring websites.
  2. See the paceEvery day the goal is checked against the pace needed to reach the target by its end date.
  3. Hear when it slipsAn Automations trigger fires when a goal goes from on track to at risk or behind, so the right person is told.
