Solution finder: common questions

Do I need an account to use it?

No. You can see your tailored plan and pricing without signing up. You only create an account when you choose to start a trial.

Are the prices real?

Yes. The plans, prices, features and trial all come from the live catalogue, so what the finder shows is what you pay.

Can I change the plan later?

Yes. The recommendation is a starting point. You can switch tools on and off and change plan any time from Billing.

What does the finder keep about me?

At the start it asks for your name and e-mail so we can send you your personalised plan (phone is optional). Being sent your plan is what you asked for; marketing contact is a separate, optional opt-in you can tick or not, and opt out of any time. Your details are encrypted and kept for a limited time; your answers and the recommendation are also kept to improve the flow.

Can I use Solution finder now?
