What is a seat?
A seat is one person who can change things in your workspace: team members with a role above Viewer, and people you share a project with above Viewer. Viewers are free and take no seat. Each plan says how many seats it includes; on plans with admin and user seats, owners and admins take admin seats and everyone else a user seat.
How do I add more seats?
Add them when you sign up, or later under Billing → Seats. A seat is added to your plan straight away; the part of the current billing period is charged on your next invoice. Extra seats from €8 a month; viewers are free.
Can I remove a seat?
Yes, under Billing → Seats. A seat always ends at the end of a billing period and is never refunded. On monthly plans: Seats can be removed with 1 day's notice before your billing date; no refunds. With less notice, a seat is billed for one more period, then ends. On yearly plans: Seats can be removed with 30 days' notice before your billing date; no refunds. With less notice, a seat is billed for one more period, then ends.
