Leads report template

Lead generation report template

Leads against the period before, won, lost and open, the conversion rate and value won, by source and status.

The figure a business owner cares about most: the enquiries the website brought, where they came from and what became of them, with the key events from Google Analytics where it is connected.

Four steps

From template to a report your client reads

  1. Choose

Pick the Lead generation report in Reports → Templates and choose the project it is about.

  2. Connect

See which sources it needs and their state for your project; connect what is missing in a click.

  3. Customise

Choose the period and your brand, then tick sections, change their order and add your own cover.

  4. Share

Download the PDF, send a private link, or put it on a schedule with your white label.

Make it yours

Customise the report

  • Sections and their order

Tick the sections you want and put them in your order; untick what your client does not need.

  • Any period

Last month, a quarter, the year so far, since the work started, or your own dates.

  • Your brand

Our brand, or white label with your logo and colours (with the white-label add-on).

  • Your own cover

A title, a subtitle, "Prepared for" and an introduction.

  • A schedule

Made and e-mailed weekly, monthly or quarterly, with sign-off first if your team wants it.

  • PDF or a private link

Download a PDF, or send a link your client reads online, with an end date and an optional password.

Data sources

What it connects

In the app the template shows each source's state for your project, with a link to connect what is missing. A figure that was not measured is never shown as zero.

  • Lead inbox

Enquiries from your forms, calls and chats, with their source and outcome.

Measured by us: nothing to connect.
  • Google Analytics 4

Sessions, engagement, channels, landing pages and key events.

Connect it once per project under Settings → Connections → This project.

Questions

Questions about report templates

Where does the data come from?
From what we already measure for the project: website scans, the rank tracker, backlink checks, AI answer checks, the lead inbox, and the Google sources you connect. Making a report never buys data or uses credits.
What if a source is not connected?
The template's page in the app shows each source with its state for your project and a link to connect it. A report made without it says which source is missing; a figure that was not measured is never shown as zero.
Can I change the sections?
Yes. After "Use template" the report is made with the template's sections; open the report type in Reports to tick other sections, change their order and add your own cover, then save your choices as a template.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes, with the white-label add-on and your brand set up under Agency, Branding: the report and its link page then carry your brand only.
Can it go to my client every month?
Yes. Make it on a schedule and it is made and e-mailed weekly, monthly or quarterly. A schedule made from a master template follows the master's latest sections and cover.
What is a master template?
A template your workspace keeps as the master. You make a copy for each client project; when you change the master's sections, brand or cover, every copy and every schedule made from a copy follows on its next use.
