Can I talk to a person instead of AskMise?
Short answerWhere live chat is switched on, ask AskMise for a person. Our team is told at once and the first person free picks the chat up. If nobody can within a short time, or it is outside our hours, AskMise says so and your conversation becomes a support ticket, so nothing you wrote is lost.
In AskMise (on the website or in the app), ask to talk to a person.
- Everyone in our team who is available is told at once; the first to pick it up chats with you.
- If nobody picks it up within a short time, nobody is online, or it is outside our working hours, AskMise says: "No one is available right now. Please leave a message and we will reach back to you."
- The conversation then becomes a support ticket with what you wrote and the page you were on. On the website you get the reference by e-mail; in the app the ticket is on your Support page.
Live chat is switched on by our team; when it is off, AskMise offers a ticket instead.
Not what you needed? Ask Mise or contact support.
