Only the workspace owner or a billing manager can cancel.
Paying by card through Stripe
- Open Account → Billing & credits.
- Press Manage payment and cancellation. Stripe's billing page opens.
- Cancel the subscription there.
- Back on Billing, a notice says when your subscription ends.
Changed your mind? Open Manage payment and cancellation again and resume it before that date.
Paying with SumUp
Press Cancel renewal under Payments with SumUp. Your plan stays until the end of the paid period. Press Keep my plan to undo it.
After the end date
- Your projects stay in the workspace. To create projects and run scans again, choose a plan under Billing.
- Extras bought in the Store are separate subscriptions: cancel them under Store → My purchases.
- To move to a free plan, choose it once the paid plan has ended.
- Cancelling does not delete your workspace. To delete it, see the article on deleting your workspace.
