How do I choose a plan when I sign up?

Short answerThe plan step suggests a plan from your answers. Choose monthly or yearly and press the button: free plans and some trials start at once, others ask for a card or payment first. You can change plan later under Billing.

Picking a plan

The plan step shows the plans open for sign-up. The one that fits your answers is marked Recommended. Switch between Monthly and Yearly at the top.

What the button does

The button under the plans tells you what happens next:

  • A free plan ("Continue with" and the plan's name): it starts straight away.
  • A free trial without a card ("Start the free trial", with the number of days): the trial starts straight away. No card is needed until it ends; you can add one under Billing whenever you like.
  • A free trial with a card ("Add a card and start the trial", with the number of days): you add a card on the payment page. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
  • A paid plan without a trial ("Continue to payment"): you pay on the payment page, then come back to finish setting up.

If you cancel on the payment page, nothing is charged and you can choose a plan again.

Good to know

  • Only the workspace owner chooses the plan.
  • You can change plan, switch between monthly and yearly or cancel later under Billing.
  • Personal plans are for personal websites. If the website check shows a business website or an online shop, personal plans are closed for it. Think we got it wrong? On the website step press We got it wrong? Ask for a review. Our team checks the website by hand and e-mails you. Meanwhile you can carry on with a business plan.
  • One more check. If SEOmise sees several free trials from the same network or device, it asks you to confirm your mobile number by text (where that is available), or to skip the trial and pay now.
