The link
The e-mail links to a page made for your company only. It lists every line of the package with its price, whether it is billed monthly, yearly or once, the first payment and any minimum term. Nobody else can open it without the link; keep the e-mail to yourself.
Paying
- Pay: Stripe's secure payment page opens. A package with monthly or yearly lines starts a subscription that renews until it is cancelled; any once-off lines (a set-up fee, say) are part of the first payment. Tax is added where it applies.
- Open the invoice and pay: for a package sent as an invoice, Stripe's invoice page opens, where you pay by card or bank transfer before the due date.
After paying
The page shows Thank you: it is paid, and you get a receipt. What the package includes is switched on in your workspace. If your company is new to us, a separate e-mail invites you to choose your password.
If the link does not work
A link works for a limited time (two weeks by default), and a newer link replaces an older one. An expired or replaced link shows that it is not available: ask us for a new one, and the package and its prices are kept.
