Making an invitation
- Customers: in Backlinks → Local publishers, open a candidate and press Invite to the Publisher Network (while invitations are open to customers).
- Our team: in Prospect finder → Publishers, open a publisher and press Make a Publisher Network invitation, usually inside a signed-off network invitation campaign.
The link is shown once: copy it and send it yourself in a personal message. Only a fingerprint of its code is kept, so it cannot be shown again or rebuilt. Each workspace may make a set number a day (20 by default); a site that is already a member, has applied, asked not to be contacted, or was approached by another workspace recently cannot be invited.
What the invited person sees
The link opens a private page (never indexed by search engines) that names the invited website and says what the network is: sponsored articles and partner cards the member chooses, always labelled "Sponsored" with rel="sponsored". They tick the consent wording (kept with the time) and go on to sign up or sign in; the join wizard then starts as a blog with their website filled in. Everything after that is the normal application: proving the site is theirs, the declarations, the checks and our team's review.
No thanks records the answer; with Please do not contact me about this again the site goes on our never-contact list straight away.
Limits
A link works until it expires (30 days by default), is withdrawn, is accepted, or has opened the join wizard a set number of times (5 by default). The inviting workspace sees the state of its invitation; our team sees who invited whom and the consent record under Publisher Network → Invitations. Who invited a site is not shown to the invited person unless the platform's setting says so.
