How do I see my Facebook, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor and Yelp reviews with my Google reviews?

Short answerOpen Social → Reviews, go to Review sites and connect each site: sign in with Facebook or Trustpilot, or paste your Tripadvisor or Yelp address. Their reviews then arrive in All review sites with your Google reviews, filtered by site, stars and reply. Reply from there where the site takes replies (with approval first), or use Reply on the site.

About Google Business Profile: google Business Profile management from one place, with approvals

Updated 27 October 2026

Social → Reviews is one screen for every review site: All review sites (the inbox), Google by location (Google's drafts, approvals and questions, as before) and Review sites (where you connect the others).

Connect your sites

Open Review sites (you need to be allowed to manage the project's data):

  • Facebook: press Sign in with Facebook, allow your Page, then pick the Page and press Finish connecting.
  • Trustpilot: press Sign in with Trustpilot, sign in with your business account, then enter your website's domain as it is on Trustpilot (such as example.com).
  • Tripadvisor: paste the address of your page on Tripadvisor (it contains -d and a number) or the location id.
  • Yelp: paste your business's Yelp address (yelp.com/biz/…) or its Yelp id.

A site that is not switched on yet shows Beta with Ask for early access. Read now reads a site at once; otherwise each is read every few hours. Disconnect removes the site's sign-in and every review stored from it.

Each site's own rules

Each site's terms decide what is kept and how its reviews are shown, and the card under each site says so:

  • Google: kept for Google's data retention period, as before.
  • Facebook and Trustpilot: kept while connected, removed when you disconnect.
  • Yelp: the review excerpts Yelp gives, kept at most 24 hours.
  • Tripadvisor: never stored. Its five most recent reviews are read live each time the inbox opens, marked Live from Tripadvisor.

Every review shows its site's name and links back to it.

The inbox

All review sites lists every review newest first, with a figure per site (reviews, average, waiting for a reply). Filter by Site, Stars (1–2, 4–5 or one rating) and Reply (waiting or replied). A Facebook recommendation has no stars: it shows Recommends or Does not recommend.

Replying

  • Where a site takes replies from here (Google, and Trustpilot once its replies are set up): write a reply or press Draft with AI (in your brand voice, from your business details and the review, without e-mail addresses or phone numbers). People who may draft Send for approval; people who may publish Approve and post.
  • Elsewhere (Facebook, Tripadvisor, Yelp): Reply on opens the review on the site.

Google reviews keep their own flow: the location's approval rule and automatic replies apply as before.

Rules, alerts, the showcase and Review booster

  • Review reply rules can name other sites that take replies; their replies wait in this inbox, marked with the rule, unless an approver let the rule post by itself.
  • A new review on any site reaches your timeline, your phone (if notifications are on) and the automations trigger A new review arrived, which can be filtered by site.
  • The Review showcase can add Facebook or Trustpilot reviews where their terms allow it (Tripadvisor and Yelp cannot be shown there).
  • Review booster → Results counts the reviews gained on every stored site, per site.

The rating over time

Local overview → Rating per review site draws each site's average and number of reviews over the last six months. Sites whose terms forbid keeping figures (Tripadvisor, Yelp) show today's figure when you press Show today's figures.
