How does the SEO Toolbox work: monthly, yearly or a pass?

The SEO Toolbox is where you buy single tools without changing your plan. Businesses, agencies and personal workspaces can all use it; in an agency, the agency pays for its client workspaces. The platform's own workspace has every tool already.

Three ways to pay

• Monthly: a subscription for that tool. Cancel any time; you keep the tool until the end of the month you paid for.
• Yearly: the same, paid once a year, for fewer months than paying monthly. A monthly tool can switch to yearly on the same subscription; the unused part of the month counts towards the year.
• Pass: paid once for a set number of days, then it simply ends. Nothing renews. You get an e-mail a few days before the end; buy another pass and the new days are added from the end of the current one.

On its own, or with a plan

Each tool shows what it needs. A tool that needs nothing from a plan is sold on its own. A tool that builds on a module that comes with a plan (the website scan, search tracking or the audit report, for example) says Included with and the plans that have it: it is sold only to workspaces whose plan has what it needs, because alone it would not work. Where a tool needs your own Google connection or the site connector, it says so too.

Credits

The tool's price gives you access. Tools that use credits (AI questions, extra data) show the credits each action uses before you buy; credits are bought separately, and you can add a pack in the same step. The free Toolbox plan has no monthly credits, so a tool that uses credits needs a top-up. When credits run out, the tool's paid actions and scheduled work pause and tell you why; Buy credits starts them again.

SEO Toolbox — everything is one subscription for every tool sold on its own. If you already pay for single tools, the Toolbox offers to cancel those at the end of their period; nothing is refunded automatically.

Workspace → Toolbox shows each tool with how you hold it (monthly, yearly, a pass and its end date, a bundle, your plan), its renewal or end date, and the buttons to cancel, keep, switch to yearly or extend a pass. Invoices are under Your account → Billing.
