What is the SEO Toolbox dashboard, and how do I use it?

The SEO Toolbox is one page with every tool laid out as a tile. You can buy a tool on its own, without a plan, and use it straight away.

The tiles

• Your tools: tools you bought or that come with your plan. Each tile says where it stands: Active, Renews 3 Nov, Ends 3 Nov (cancelled, it stops at the end of the period) or Pass ends 3 Nov. Open takes you into the tool.
• Add more: tools sold on their own, with the lowest price ("From €9 a month"). Some are paid with credits instead (Uses credits).
• Comes with a plan: tools that are part of a plan rather than sold alone. See plans shows which plan has them.
• Coming soon: tools in beta. Ask for early access tells our team you want it first.

At the top you see your credit balance with Buy credits, a search box, the tool groups and My tools / All.

A tool's details

Click a tile (or press Enter on it) and its panel slides in from the right. It shows:

1. What it does.
2. What it needs, ticked when done: for example a website added, Search Console connected or the site connector set up. Set it up takes you to the right place. The connector is the same on every platform: WordPress, Laravel and the universal connector, and every tool also has a manual way with steps for your platform.
3. Credits each action uses, and your balance.
4. Prices: by the month, by the year, as a pass for a number of days, or once.
5. Your tool: when it renews or ends, with Cancel at period end, Keep it, Switch to yearly or Extend the pass where they apply.

Open tool, Buy or See plans are at the bottom, with the tool's help and its page on our website. Escape or the × closes the panel. A link such as /app/toolbox?tool=tool_speed_fixes opens a tool's panel directly.

Who can buy

Owners and billing managers buy, cancel and switch tools. Everyone else sees the prices and is told who can buy. If an agency pays for your workspace, ask the agency.

If you only bought tools, the Toolbox is your home: you land on it after signing in, and the menu is short: the Toolbox, My tools (each tool you have), Websites (many tools work on a website, and you can add one), Credits, Billing (subscriptions, passes and invoices), Team, Help and Settings.
