How do I share an SEO audit report or have it e-mailed regularly?

The audit report is the graded check of one page. Run it for your project under Reports → SEO audit report, or for any address (a prospect's home page, a competitor) under Workspace → SEO report builder.

Share a link

1. Open a saved report and press Share.
2. Press Create share link and copy the Public link.
3. Anyone with the link can open the report and download its PDF without signing in. Search engines do not list it.
4. You can switch the link off at any time; people who have it can then no longer open the report. Deleting a report also stops its link.

Sharing needs the right to manage the project (Owner, Admin or SEO manager). If your agency uses white label with its own domain, share links use that domain and brand.

Download or print

Download PDF saves a branded PDF and Print view opens a page ready to print. Both need the right to export reports.

E-mail it every week or month

On Reports → SEO audit report, under Scheduled e-mails:

1. Switch on Weekly (Monday morning) or Monthly (on the 1st).
2. Add the recipients, one address per line, up to 20.
3. Press Save schedules. Send now sends one straight away.

Each time, the project's main website is audited again and the report is e-mailed with a share link and the PDF. Every run uses one report from your monthly allowance. Scheduled runs never spend top-up credits: when the allowance is used up, the run is skipped.
