Can SEOmise reply to reviews or write Google posts by itself?

Short answerPartly, and only as far as you allow under Local → Automation. Review replies can be drafted automatically, and replies to 4–5 star reviews can be published automatically if an approver switches that on. Posts are only ever drafted, never published on their own.

Open Local → Automation to choose how much SEOmise does by itself for each location.

Review replies

  • Off: no reply suggestions and no drafts.
  • Recommend: SEOmise suggests replying to unanswered reviews; you write or request drafts.
  • Auto-draft (the starting setting): after each sync SEOmise drafts replies with AI. A person checks and publishes each one.
  • Auto-publish: replies to 4–5 star reviews are published automatically when the review is not negative and has no policy flag (such as contact details or offensive language in it), and the location is verified. Every other reply stays a draft for a person. Only an approver can switch this on, and their approval stands for those replies. Each one is audited.

Google posts

Off, Recommend or Auto-draft. With Auto-draft, when nothing has been posted for two weeks, SEOmise drafts one post about one of your real services. A person edits, approves and schedules it. Posts are never published automatically.

Profile changes

Never automatic. Name, address, categories and service area always need explicit approval, and every other profile change reaches Google only after an approver accepts it.

Plan limits

Auto-draft and Auto-publish need automatic drafting in your plan, plus AI review replies (for reviews) or Google posts (for posts). Without them the setting works as Recommend, and the screen says the mode is not included in your plan.

Automation drafts and recommends. It never guarantees rankings.
