What is the monthly owner digest and how do I set it up?

What it says

The digest covers last month, from data SEOmise already holds, for up to five of the workspace's projects:

• Visits from Google: Search Console clicks, or Google Analytics visits when Search Console is not connected.
• Rankings: tracked searches that moved up, where ranking history is kept.
• Google reviews.
• Fixes made: changes that went live and AI Plan tasks completed.
• One thing to fix and the next step, with a one-click link.
• Six-month chart of visits.

Set it up

1. Open Tools → Monthly owner digest.
2. Under Settings for the whole workspace, tick Send the digest every month.
3. Who gets it: the workspace owners to start with. Add or remove addresses, up to 10.
4. Day of the month: the 3rd unless you choose another day (1 to 28).
5. What it includes: switch parts on or off.
6. See the e-mail shows a preview and Send me a test sends it to you.

Changing the settings needs the right to manage the project (Owner, Admin or SEO manager).

Unsubscribing

Every digest has its own unsubscribe link. Someone who unsubscribed is never added back automatically. To add them again, tick that they asked to get it again; this is recorded with your name.

The monthly owner digest is a tool you add to your plan. If it is not in your plan, the page tells you.
