How do I share a report from the Reports centre?

Short answerOpen a report in the library, choose Share links and make a link: choose when it ends, add a password if you like, and whether readers may download the files. The link shows the report as it was made, keeps a view log without internet addresses, and can be revoked at any time.

Updated 20 October 2026

  1. In Reports, open the Library and press a report's name.
  2. Choose Share links, then:
    • Ends after: 90 days by default, at most a year;
    • Needs a password (at least 8 characters);
    • Readers may download the files (PDF, CSV, Excel);
    • for reports with names or e-mails: Leave out names and e-mails (ticked by default; the files are then not offered).
  3. Press Make the link and copy the address.

The link shows the report exactly as it was made: to share newer figures, make a new version and share that. Opening it never starts a check or a paid look-up.

Safety

SEOmise keeps only a fingerprint of the link's address and a locked copy of it, never the address itself. Wrong passwords are limited per visitor and per link. The page is not listed by search engines and cannot be shown inside another site. Each link's view log keeps the time, what happened, the country and the kind of device: never the internet address.

With white label, the link uses your own domain and brand. Revoke stops a link at once; deleting the report stops all its links.
