How do I make a review QR code or printable card?

Short answerOpen Tools → Review booster → QR code & cards. Download the QR code as a PNG or SVG, or a postcard-size A6 card as a PDF with your name, logo and colour. Anyone who scans it gets the same Google review form.

Updated 14 October 2026

Before you start

Set up your Google review link under Tools → Review booster → Settings; until then the QR tab asks you to do that first. Add your logo there too if you want it on the card (PNG or JPEG, up to 1 MB).

Download the code

  1. Open Tools → Review booster and choose QR code & cards.
  2. Press PNG image, or SVG (for printers) for a print shop.
  3. Put it on the counter, on invoices and receipts, in the van window or on a thank-you card.

Press Download the card (PDF). The A6 card (105 × 148 mm) carries your name, logo and colour, the QR code and the link written out. Four fit on one A4 sheet. Its wording invites everyone in the same way and does not ask how their visit went, as Google's rules require.

Under Settings → QR code and data you choose what the code opens:

  • A counted link (the default): each scan is counted, then the visitor goes straight on to your Google review form. If your review link changes later, printed codes keep working.
  • The Google link directly: scans are not counted.

Counted scans show under Results as QR code scans. Anyone who can open the project can download the code and the card; changing the settings needs the right to manage the project.
