Where do I find the reports I sent and the results SEOmise kept?

Short answerReports → Sent and kept lists every report sent to a client (as it was sent), every report PDF drawn for a download or a shared link, and the results kept for you, such as each version of the Technical AI analysis. Filter by kind, dates and project; open one to see who it went to, how often it was used again, and to download it through a private link that works for a few minutes. Agencies can show a report in their client's portal.

About Report archive: your SEO report archive: every report kept exactly as sent, with who it went to

Updated 27 October 2026

Inside a project, open Analyse → Reports and press the Sent and kept tile. On the workspace's Reports page the same list covers every project, with a Project filter. It shows even while the Reports centre is switched off or outside your plan, because it is your own record. You need the Export reports permission.

What is listed

  • Reports sent to clients: the monthly Proof of Progress e-mail, plan (client) reports and white-label audit e-mails, each kept exactly as it was sent.
  • Rendered reports: PDFs drawn for a download or a shared link (the SEO audit report, white-label and plan reports), kept once per version of their data.
  • Technical AI analyses: every version of the written analysis on Technical SEO → Report.
  • Competitor suggestions: the shortlist found when the project was set up.

Each row shows the date, who it went to (the addresses, or how many people for reports sent before this was recorded) and how often SEOmise used it again instead of making it again.

Filter and open

Use Kind, From, To and, on the workspace's page, Project. Press a row to open its panel: when it was sent or made, the project, who it went to, how often it was used again, its size and until when it is kept. Kept results (such as an AI analysis) show their text there.

Download uses a private link made for you when the list opened. It works for a few minutes (10 by default, a platform setting) and only for you; open the list again for a new one. Nothing is ever at a public address.

Show a report in your client's portal (agencies)

For a report about a client's project, the panel has Show in the client portal. Your client then sees it on their portal's Reports page under Sent to you, and can download it. They never see reports you did not choose, results such as AI analyses, or who a report was sent to. Take it out of the client portal hides it again. Only the agency's own people can choose, and not while viewing as someone else.

How long things are kept

Sent reports are kept for 24 months, rendered reports for 90 days and AI analyses for 365 days (platform settings). Staff can put a sent report on legal hold. Everything goes when the workspace is deleted, and sent reports are part of your workspace's data export.

Earlier versions of the AI analysis

On Technical SEO → Report, under the analysis, Earlier versions lists every analysis written for the project, with the date and the scan it was written from. Compare with the previous one shows the newest beside the one before, with the lines that are new and the ones no longer there marked.

History before you joined

When your website was already checked publicly before you added it (for example with SEOmise's free website check), Technical SEO → Overview can show those earlier checks under History before you joined: the date, the score or the issues found, and how many public pages were seen. They are read-only and only public facts: who asked for a check is never kept or shown. This is Beta while switched off for the platform. Your own first scan, including a free audit you claimed at sign-up, is your project's own history.

It works the same for every kind of website (WordPress, Laravel, any other platform or a site you edit by hand): reports and results are kept by address and project, not by platform.
