What are target pages in Links?

Short answerLinks → Target pages lists the pages of your site that other websites link to, and whether your own internal links pass that strength on to the pages that need it. Its suggestions say which strong pages should link to which weaker ones.

Updated 17 October 2026

Links from other websites give a page strength (authority). Your own links between pages can pass some of it on. Target pages shows where that strength arrives and where it goes next.

The table

For each page other websites link to:

  • Referring domains and Dofollow: how many websites link to it, and how many of those links pass authority.
  • Internal links in and Internal links out: how your own pages link to it, and how many of your pages it links on to.
  • Internal authority: SEOmise's score for how strong the page is inside your site.
  • Assessment: for example a strong page that links on to too few others.

The line under the table says what counts as strong and what counts as weak distribution, and the date of the scan it uses.

Spread the authority

The suggestions list pages that should link to each other. They are also open recommendations: the AI Plan can turn them into an internal-link change for you to preview and approve, sent through the SEOmise connector or as exact steps for your platform.

If the page is empty

It needs a backlink check (Links → Links overview) and a finished site scan for the internal links.
