How does the white-label audit widget work?

Short answerProject → Tools → White-label audit widget puts a free SEO audit form on your own website. Visitors get the full audit report and a PDF in your logo, colours and words, and you get the lead by e-mail, in SEOmise and, if you like, in Zapier or your CRM.

Make a widget

  1. Open the project → Tools → White-label audit widget and press Make a widget.
  2. List Your websites where it may appear.
  3. Choose a layout: In the page, Button and pop-up or Slim bar (top or bottom of the screen, or where the code is pasted). Choose whether the report opens in the widget or in a new tab.
  4. Style it: colours for buttons, headings, background and text, a font (or match your website's), rounded corners and your logo (PNG, JPEG or GIF, up to 200 KB). The logo shows on the form, the report, the PDF and the e-mail.
  5. Add your company name, website, contact e-mail and phone, an optional address for the PDF's contact page, and a call to action with a button. The button link must start with https://, mailto: or tel:.
  6. Choose what to ask: the e-mail address can be required, optional or not asked at all. You can also ask for a name and phone number, and offer to e-mail the report as a PDF in your name.
  7. Set the consent text, your privacy notice, how long to keep leads and the bot check.

Put it on your website

Copy Paste into your website. Under How to add it, the screen shows where to paste it on your site's platform, including WordPress, Laravel, other PHP sites, Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and JavaScript apps. Any platform can also link to the hosted page instead. Code for the other layouts is under Code for the other layouts.

Your leads

Leads appear under the leads tab with the website, contact details, score and report. Download CSV exports them. Owners and admins get an e-mail, and you can add another address.

To send leads to Zapier or your CRM, add a webhook address to the widget. Each lead is sent signed, with retries.

Your brand and limits

  • Forms and reports open on our address, a neutral address where the platform has one, or your own domain when you have white label and the Agency tools.
  • "Powered by SEOmise" can be hidden on plans with white label.
  • Each audit uses one of the monthly reports in your plan.
