How do I list my agency in the agency directory?

Short answerAgency → Agency catalogue (in the project switcher) lets an agency on an Agency plan write a listing for the public agency directory at /agencies: headline, about text, website, country and city, services, industries and languages. Our team checks it before it is shown. Each listing carries an Agency Score from 0 to 100 worked out from the agency's own figures on the platform, and visitors' enquiries go to the agency's Lead inbox. While it is switched off it shows Beta with "Ask for early access".

About Agency catalogue: an SEO agency directory listing that brings businesses to you

Updated 27 October 2026

Write your listing

Open the project switcher → Agency → Agency catalogue. Fill in the agency's name, a headline, an about text (plain text, up to 1,500 characters), the website, country and city, and tick the services, industries and languages you work in (the lists are set by our team). Save the listing: it stays a draft that nobody else can see.

Only the agency's own workspace has a listing, never a client workspace, and only on a plan that includes the catalogue (Agency plans). Owners and admins (anyone who may manage the agency) can change it; other roles can read it.

Send it for review

Press Send for review once the name, headline, about text, country and at least one service are filled in. Our team checks every listing before it is shown: a real agency, plain claims, no prices or guarantees. You are told by bell and e-mail when it is approved, or what to change when it is not (the note is on the screen too). A change to a listing that is shown or waiting goes back to our team before it is shown again. Hide takes it out of the directory at any time; send it again to bring it back.

The Agency Score

A number from 0 to 100, worked out every night from your own figures on the platform, never from what you type and never bought:

  • Client websites on the platform (weight 25): the projects of your agency and its client workspaces; full marks at 20.
  • Work completed lately (weight 25): tasks completed in those projects in the last 90 days; full marks at 200.
  • Clients' website health since Day 0 (weight 20): how much the health score of your clients' main websites rose, on average, from their Day 0 scan to their latest scan; full marks for 20 points; a fall counts as nothing and websites without both scans are left out.
  • Time on the platform (weight 15): full marks after 24 months.
  • Listing complete (weight 15): how many of the listing's fields are filled in.

Visitors see the score and what it is based on; the figures behind it are shown only to you and to our team. Our team can change the weights and the marks under Settings → Policies → Agency catalogue.

Enquiries

Visitors find agencies at /agencies, filtered by country, service, industry and language, best score first, and send an enquiry from your page: name, e-mail, an optional phone, company and website, the service they need and a message, after ticking that their details are sent to you. Each enquiry:

  • goes to your Lead inbox as a lead (source "Agency directory enquiry"), when you have it;
  • is announced to the people who manage the agency, by bell and e-mail;
  • is listed under Enquiries from the directory on the listing screen, kept for 365 days with the contact details encrypted.

Robots are refused, one visitor's address sends at most 5 enquiries an hour, and one agency receives at most 30 a day through the directory. Untick Take enquiries through the directory to show the listing without the form.
