How do I send reports from my own Microsoft 365 or Brevo account?

Send from your own accounts

With white label on, open Agency → Sending routes. The map shows each type of message your clients get (Reports, Account messages, Product notices, Marketing and Outreach) against each channel. Sign-in codes, invitations and your own billing with us always come from us.

For each type, press Open and choose how its e-mail goes out:

• Our route: we send it, with your brand and sender name.
• Your e-mail sending: your own SMTP server, Brevo account or Google account, as set and tested under Branding & domain → Sending e-mail.
• Your Microsoft 365 mailbox: reports and other mail come from your own mailbox and are saved in its Sent Items.

Text messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, push and the bell use our services; your brand stays on every message.

Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox

1. In your Microsoft Entra admin centre, register an app (Web platform) and add the redirect address shown on the page exactly.
2. Give it the delegated permissions Mail.Send, offline_access, openid and email, and create a client secret.
3. Paste the directory (tenant) ID, the application (client) ID and the secret's Value, and press Save the app. The secret is stored encrypted and only its last four characters are shown again.
4. Press Sign in with the sending mailbox and sign in with the mailbox that should send.
5. Press Run the live check, then choose Microsoft 365 for a route and press Send me a test.

Your mailbox is used only for your workspace's messages. Microsoft limits how much one mailbox sends: big monthly batches go out a few at a time, and files that are too large to attach go as a secure download link.

If your own account cannot send

Choose per type what happens: Hold it and tell the workspace's owners (recommended for reports: nothing goes out from our address in your clients' inbox unexpectedly; it is tried again after 30 minutes) or Send it through our route with your sender name (recommended for account messages, so people still get them). Owners get one e-mail per failing account every few hours.

Sent messages

Under Sent messages you see every message sent for your workspace, with its copy and files. Codes and private links are hidden, sign-in mail is never shown, and pictures from the internet stay off until you show them. Opening one is recorded in your audit log.
