What do the Files and Results tabs of CDN and edge show?
Short answerFiles lists what each page loads (scripts, style sheets, images, fonts) from the latest site scan, with size, cache time, compression and whether the CDN or your server answered. Results shows your Search Console clicks and Google Analytics sessions beside each CDN change made, the same number of days before and after, side by side and never as cause and effect.
Both tabs are read only: nothing here changes your site or your CDN.
Files
From the latest site scan: every page's files by type and by host, with their size, the browser cache time, compression and whether the CDN or the website's server answered. The pages are listed with their weight, and one page's file graph shows page → hosts → files. A size the server does not say is "unknown", never 0. A recommendation that is about certain files opens this tab on them.
Results
Search Console clicks, impressions and average position, and Google Analytics sessions, per day, with every CDN change made marked on the charts. Each change shows the same number of days before and after it. With too few days of figures on either side it says "Too early".
The figures are shown beside each other, not as cause and effect: search engine updates, the season and other changes to the site and the competition move them too.
Results needs Search Console or Google Analytics connected to the project.
