The Help panel
Press Help in the top bar, or the ? key, on any screen. Esc or the × closes it. It has:
- On this screen: articles about the screen you are on.
- Search the help.
- AskMise: our help assistant.
- Your recent questions.
- Raise a ticket.
AskMise
Mise answers only from SEOmise's own help articles, never from the open web. If the help does not cover your question, Mise says so and offers a ticket instead of guessing. Mise knows which screen you are on and what is in your plan. Rate each answer with the thumbs: it helps us improve the help. There is a daily limit on questions.
Show me
Some answers and articles have a Show me button. The screen dims and the part being explained is highlighted with a short note.
- Next goes to the next step, Done ends the walk.
- Back to chat returns to the Help panel.
- When the part is on another screen, Take me there opens it and carries on.
- Esc stops at any time.
Raise a ticket from the panel
Press Raise a ticket, say what you need help with and add anything else we should know. Your conversation with Mise, the screen you are on and the last error you saw are attached for you, so you do not have to explain again. A person answers by e-mail and under Support.
Where our team offers it, the panel also has Book a training session.
On our website
The public website and help centre have AskMise too. There it answers from the public articles, plans and facts only and knows nothing about any account. It chats with you straight away and asks for your name or e-mail only when you want something our team must follow up, such as a demo or a call: see "How does AskMise on our website work?".
Not what you needed? Ask Mise or contact support.
