Where do I see how many people visit my website?

Short answerVisitors → Insights shows visits, pages, devices, locations, sources and page walks from the SEOmise tracker on any platform. WordPress sites also get Visitors → Traffic, the daily totals the WordPress connector counts. Google's own figures are under Visitors → Google data.

Insights (any platform)

Visitors → Insights is counted by the SEOmise tracker, without cookies. Choose a period to see visits and page views, pages and time per visit, visits that saw one page only, load time, the most common page walks, devices, operating systems, browsers, channels, countries and cities, sources, UTM campaigns, screen sizes, languages and when people visit.

Explain with AI points out what visitors struggle with, such as repeated frustration, dead clicks or quick exits. It uses one credit.

Each visit counts as a visitor unless you switch on Recognise returning visitors in Live view settings. Cities need the visitor location service, which a platform administrator sets up.

Traffic (WordPress)

Visitors → Traffic shows the daily totals the WordPress connector (version 0.6.0 or newer) counts on the site: visitors, page views, bounce rate, top pages, referrers, search engines, social networks, countries, browsers, operating systems and devices. Choose Today, 7 days, 28 days, 90 days or 12 months, and tick Compare with the previous period. For Laravel, PHP and other sites this page points you to Insights, which shows the same and more.

Google's figures

Visitors → Google data imports Search Console and Google Analytics 4 figures once you connect Google.

Right now

Real-time and Visitors → Live view show who is on the site at this moment.
