How do I download my data or change my privacy and cookie choices?

Download your personal data

1. Open Your account → Profile and sign-in and find Your personal data.
2. Press Build my export.
3. Press Download. The file is a zip of JSON and CSV files: your profile, sign-ins, activity, consent and the e-mails sent to you. It stays available for 7 days.

Passwords, two-step secrets and other secrets are never included.

Something wrong that you cannot change yourself? Describe it and press Ask for a correction.

Export the whole workspace (owners)

Under Your data, press Export my data. You get one JSON file per kind of data the workspace holds; passwords and keys are never included. We e-mail you when it is ready, and the download is kept for 7 days.

Privacy choices

Under Privacy choices you can object to Marketing, Profiling and Product analytics, or Restrict processing while a concern you raised is looked into. Objecting to marketing applies at once; our team reviews the others within 30 days.

Cookies

The cookie banner offers Accept all, Necessary only or Choose. Strictly necessary cookies (sign-in, security, and remembering your choice) are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional, and nothing optional loads until you choose.

To change your choice later, press Cookie settings under Privacy choices, or Cookie settings at the foot of the website. When the cookie policy changes, we ask again.

Other privacy documents

The same page shows which versions of the terms and privacy policy you accepted. Workspace owners can also accept and download the data processing agreement there.
