Can the SEOmise team do it for me?
Short answerYes. Workspace → Store → Expert help lists help from our team, such as set-up and connections, training, fixes, content, local and ongoing care. Each is paid once or by quote, opens a support ticket, and shows its progress under Store → My purchases.
Choose the help
- Open Store → Expert help. Each card shows the price or "quote", the usual turnaround in working days, and what is included.
- Press Buy or Ask for a quote.
Only people who manage billing in your workspace can order. Everyone else can look.
Can't find what you need? Where Cannot find what you need? is offered, describe it in your own words and we send you a quote. Nothing is charged until you agree.
You may also see offers where people often get stuck, such as the Need a hand? bar at the bottom of the screen. Close it with the × and it does not come back.
After you order
- Paid help: our team starts once the payment is confirmed. A support ticket opens and you get a confirmation e-mail.
- Quotes: a ticket opens without payment and our team replies with a price. Press Accept and pay or Decline.
- When online payment is not set up, every request opens a ticket and our team replies with a quote. Nothing is charged until you agree.
Follow every request under Store → My purchases.
Giving our team access safely
The request page has Information for our team.
- Where it can, it shows how to add our team as a user on the service instead of sharing a password. You can remove that access yourself when we are done.
- Passwords you do enter are stored encrypted. Our staff need a personal PIN to view them, you are told every time, and Who viewed your secrets lists each view with its reason.
- You can delete a stored secret at any time. Stored secrets are also deleted some time after the request is finished.
Customers of an agency
If you use SEOmise through an agency, Expert help is not shown. Your agency helps you instead.
